To be held in the Friends Room, South Windsor Library 1550 Sullivan, Ave., South Windsor, CT. Drop off: Sat., Nov. 1st, 10am-Noon. Opening Reception/Awards: Sun., Nov. 9th, 2pm-4pm. Pick up: Sat., Nov. 29th, 10am-2pm. Eligibility: Open to any person 17 years and older, must be entrant’s original work. Works in Oils, Watercolor, Acrylics and all other media, NO photography. Should have been executed within the past 3 years and not to have won an award with TCAA. Entry fee: $10; $15 non members per entry, limit 2 per artist.
