PSGallery opened its doors in 1985, the result of an epiphany owner Pat Steier had at the Clark Museum in Williamstown,Ma. "I stood in the grand entranceway of that museum...looked around...shivered...and thought, this is what I want to do with the rest of my life...show beautiful artwork in my own gallery,"says Steier.Over 25 years later Steier continues to showcase some of the finest artists in Ct.
"I feel that a gallery in Ct. should represent the beauty of our state; the mountains and rivers, lakes and shoreline, meadows, farmland and wildlife. We have such an abundance of breathtaking scenery and who better to paint it than the talented artists who reside here,"says Steier.
